To strengthen our HR Team in Zurich, we are looking for an experienced Recruiter. In this function you will support the Hiring Managers, to find and hire the right talents and coordinate the recruitment activities together with the Head HR.
You are responsible for the complete end-to-end recruitment process for the different Business Areas with the goal of creating a “best candidate experience”
Screen candidates' resumes against role requirements, organize interviews to determine suitability and obtain required information. As well, act as a point of contact for the hiring managers, candidates and Head HR in all matters concerning recruitment.
In addition to the applicants that apply through the job platforms and our career page, you approach potential candidates proactively on career fairs and social media platforms.
You represent swissQuant on career fairs and University events.
A minimum of 2 to 3 years of work experience within a recruitment agency/headhunter as well as in-house, ideally within the IT / Financial sector
Minimum of 1-year work experience in the Swiss recruitment market, ideally with experience in candidate sourcing
Experience working in a fast-paced environment
Ability to establish relationships with all levels of an organization
Team player who can also work independently and multitask
Resilient and very reliable personality
Excellent written and verbal communication in German and English, French would be an added value
