We offer a unique opportunity for a dynamic, experienced, assertive, and hands-on product manager with experience in financial services and with a track record of leading a cross-functional team. The position involves managing innovative software solutions in the field of risk management and financial services and guiding the success of the products through the definition of the product vision and roadmap.


You will be responsible for the strategy, roadmap, and feature definition of software solutions in the field of risk management. You will work closely with sales to do market assessment and implement the marketing campaign of the product line. You will define with clients and different internal stakeholders the product and implementation timeline, including a release plan, feature prioritization and capturing actionable feedbacks. Your internal sparring partners are our quant and development teams, the sales and senior management as well as the Business Area Manager to who you will report to. You will provide cross-functional leadership for a team of total five quant engineers and quant developers who are involved in the product implementation. Additionally, you will be responsible for the P&L.


To meet this challenge, you need to be passionate about technology and experienced t in excelling in a fast-paced and very agile environment. In addition we require:

  • Advance education in Mathematics, Science, Computer Science or related fields

  • Minimum 5 years of Product Management experience including lifecycle definition, funding assessment, cost modelling, functional and non-functional requirements definition

  • Strong analytics and communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders at all level

  • Experience in leading a cross-functional team

  • Proven capability to develop positive relationship with different stakeholders, including clients, peers and management

  • Ideally experience in an agile environment using SCRUM methodologies

  • Strong knowledge of risk management at Clearing Houses or Investment Banks is a strong plus

  • Great network on the financial market, ideally global

  • Fluent in English, German is a plus
