Position and Scope

In this function you manage the daily marketing activities within the marketing department. Together with your supervisor you are responsible for the marketing strategy in accordance with the corporate goals of swissQuant Group AG. You manage and improve our lead generation campaigns and analyze the results. You will drive effective internal communication to ensure that all relevant corporate functions are informed about the marketing goals. It is your job to work closely with design agencies and provide active and passionate support in the introduction of new products and campaigns.

In addition, this exciting and challenging position includes the following duties and responsibilities:

  • Coordination of marketing campaigns with sales activities

  • Collaboration in the compilation and monitoring of the marketing budget

  • Creation of a variety of different marketing materials

  • Responsibility for and coordination of the marketing material

  • Planning and implementation of advertising campaigns on social media as well as in magazines and print media

  • Planning and preparation of online and print marketing campaigns

  • Overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity

  • Monitoring, analysis and reporting on the effectiveness of marketing communications and campaigns

  • Analysis of potential strategic partner relationships for corporate marketing


We are looking for a flexible, passionate and independent marketing personality who meets the following requirements:

  • Completed Bachelor's degree (or similar) in marketing

  • Strong project management and analytical skills

  • At least 3 years of professional experience as Marketing Manager, preferably in a dynamic Fintech company

  • Professional experience in the financial industry is an advantage

  • Conviction through presentation and communication skills

  • High degree of creativity and openness to try new things

  • Fluent in written and spoken English (preferably native speaker)

  • Good German language skills in spoken and written

  • High IT affinity including very good PowerPoint knowledge

  • Convincing, self-confident and dynamic personality
